4th of July

We went home for the 4th of July. It was nice to have the extra day (Monday) so we felt like we were home a little longer. It was our first car trip with two kiddos and it went fairly well. Our stops which we did as fast as we could, were still 35 min. We may need to work on that! We had a great time with family and a lot of them met B for the first time.

On Saturday, my mom, sister, and I took the boys to a parade. The men were playing golf so loaded up the kids and half the house, and headed out. It was G's first parade ever and he was in awe! He loved the airplane that flew over, the fire trucks, and the horses. He quickly figured out that if you waved at people, they threw candy.
