The cutest football player, jack-o-lantern, and fire fighter we have ever seen :)
Too much going on to look at the camera

Tonight we went with some friends to the zoo for an event called Howl Zoo Ween. The kids get to wear their costumes and go trick or treating around the zoo. It was a PERFECT night to go. The weather was so awesome. G was excited to wear his costume for the first time-he is a fire fighter this year. I loved dressing B up-he is a jack-o-lantern pumpkin. G's good friend Charlie went as a Bears football player.
We had other friends that have been to this event before and advised us to buy our tickets ahead of time. This was a life saver because had we not done this, we would have waited in an insanely long line for probably over an hour (no joke). Instead we went straight to the front and walked right in.
This is the first year that G really understands what it means to go trick or treating. It took us a little while tonight to convince him that he didn't need to eat every piece of candy that someone gave him. Once he understood that you say thank you for the candy, put it in your bucket, and move on to the next spot, he did pretty good. We viewed this as our "warm-up" for Halloween :)
