A little bit of fresh air...

Well so much for the 5-8 inches of snow that we were supposed to get last night. We only had maybe a couple of inches? Not complaining at all, but I think they were way off! We had a fun morning with some friends. G hasn't gotten to see his good friend Elizabeth in over a week since they were on "cation" as G says (vacation). We had them over this morning and it was just nice enough that G and Elizabeth were able to get out and play in the new snow.

They loved going down the slides. With their snowpants on, they would shoot off the bottom of the slides!

I am glad the weekend is finally here. Not sure why this week has seemed so long. B is doing so great with his helmet. We go in a few weeks for a scan to see how well it is working. Next week is Jenna's last week here in Peoria at her internship. We will be so sad to see her go. These 8 weeks have gone way too fast! Since it is her last weekend here, us girls are headed out for a much needed pedicure :)
