M surprised us this afternoon and got home early (around 3). He had a team lunch and afterwards they could head home to enjoy the nice afternoon. The kids were just waking up from naps around here, so we decided it would be the perfect time to head to the pumpkin patch and pick out our pumpkins. We went to the same pumpkin farm that we had gone to for G's preschool field trip. The weather was much better this time-high 70's-low 80's. G really liked pulling the wagon around and B just wanted to walk and see everything.
This was the kind of afternoon that I used to wish for when M was working all those crazy hours. I am glad we are past those days!
