Well according to my blog, it is still Halloween-since that is the last time I have updated. I have been getting a lot of slack from certain people (Mom.....Jenna) that I have not updated so I thought I would do a quick post. There are no pictures this time, so sorry.
This past weekend we took on a HUGE project and decided to paint the entire lower level of our house. We chose a sort of gold/tan color and it looks great! It just really brings a warm feeling to the rooms. My parents drove out for the weekend and we could not have done it without them! My Dad is an awesome painter with lots of experience from building homes, so he was the leader of the operation :) My Mom was such a big help to me with what we called "crowd control". We could trust that G would stay away from the paint but B was a different story! We had to pretty much keep him upstairs or take him out and run some errands. It took pretty much the whole weekend and part of Monday to get the house back together, but I am so happy with the results. I will post some pictures very soon!
G is getting very excited for his upcoming birthday. He is very excited to be 4, but he keeps talking about that at his next birthday he will be 5.....slow down buddy!
B is all over the place! He gets really excited to pick up G from preschool, it's like he really misses him when he is gone-so cute!
This week I am preparing for G's birthday party that is on Saturday. G also has an ENT appointment so it will be interesting to see if his tubes are still in, as well as ask about scheduling B for surgery to get tubes.
