The boys and I had a nice morning. We didn't really have any plans today so we took our time and were lazy this morning. On mornings when we don't have to be somewhere, I let the boys watch their cartoons on the tv in the front room while I get to catch up on the world and watch the Today show in the living room...I love the Today show! Then I tried to piece together some outfits for them. I knew they would need short sleeves and pants for the morning and then be able to change into shorts for the afternoon. We packed up and left for the zoo and got to bring a special friend. My little cousin Blake's first grade class read a story called Flat Stanley. Flat Stanley travels to different states and decided to make a stop with us in Illinois. He came in the mail yesterday and we are to bring him with us and document where he visited. I explained this all to G and he was very excited for the challenge. So here are the pictures we took with Flat Stanley this morning:
