We had a great Labor Day weekend back in Iowa. It was a weekend full of celebrations-3 birthdays, M's graduate school graduation, and a Cyclone win!
This was M's graduation present from my parents. My Dad made this awesome bags set. They gave it to him Friday night so he could bring it to tailgating at the ISU game on Saturday.
Saturday morning we went to Ames (home of Iowa State) to tail gate before the game. Tailgating is a big deal in Cyclone country and the place is always super crowded! Tailgating is really my favorite part-always the best food! The boys had a great time playing catch with the football, bags, and eating lots of junk food!
This is our set up. My parents and their friends The Karlis tailgate for every game so they have it all down to a science!
Me and my Cyclones!
Grandpa Mont was awesome and came and picked up B so he could go home to nap. The rest of us went to the game and watched the Cyclones get their first victory of the season!
Sunday night we had a birthday party at our house to celebrate Jenna, Grandma Norma, and M''s birthdays. They all have birthdays at the end of August so it usually works out well for us to celebrate together.
