Well the calendar says middle of April but outside seems to disagree. I for one am so.over.the.winter. We have gotten a few nice days as a tease and then back to this. Come on spring! This mama has put away her boots and is ready for flats and flip-flops:)
Sometimes I get in a blogging lull and think we don't have anything note-worthy happening. So I decided to show a few pics from my phone to let you know what we have been up to:
This is a pic at 9:00 on a school morning. G was home sick with another ear infection so we made the most of our morning together (B had preschool). Sometimes when we have one on one time I am blown away at how old he is getting (sniffs and tears).
Looking good! This guy has lost close to 40 pounds. A lot of people have asked how he did it-it's a funny thing called watching what you eat and exercise. He has worked so hard and I am so proud of him! (He was all dressed up to attend the St.Jude gala)
This is in the carpool line at school. If B hasn't had a nap that day, it's almost a guaranteed he will fall asleep. I love how he is still holding his car :)
The roofing crew has arrived! We had some exterior damage to our house from the tornado in November so we have finally started repairs. Let's just say it was a long day of pounding on the roof but we are thankful to get it done!
