We have been looking forward to going to Tanner's Apple Orchard ever since it has started cooling off. It is a little bit of a drive (45 min.) but well worth it! They have so many fun things for G to do, he could have played there all afternoon. They have a great playground area that has all sorts of tractors, wood structures, an old school bus, slides, tractor rides, and a lot more! G's favorite was riding in the apple cider barrels that were all hooked like a train onto a little tractor. He loved pretending like he was driving.
We must have timed it just right because by the time we were done playing in the playground, there was hardly any lines into the store. We got all of our apple favorites: apple cider, apples for making apple crisp, and apple cider doughnuts.
It was a great weekend but we are tired. It may have had something to do with the fact that B was up every two hours last night. Hoping we get more sleep tonight :)
