I am a little behind on blogging. Sometimes life just happens and time seems to get away from me. It doesn't help that the boys have both been sick this week. B was the first to start running a temp and after a visit to the Ped's After Hours it was confirmed that he had another ear infection (or the same one from a few weeks earlier-who knows). On top of getting 4 new teeth, you can imagine how happy he is right now....not very. G started running a temp on Monday night and it still continues today. I am taking him to the doctor today to make sure it is not strep. His throat is very red and swollen. So between the extreme heat and the endless sickness, we have been shut at home in the air conditioning, keeping our germs to ourselves.
Last week however, we had such a great time spending the week in Iowa with family. The week started with my sister's graduation. She officially is Dr. Boswell. She graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy and now all that stops her from her new job is passing her boards exam. She is busy studying for that and will do great I am sure!
Unfortunately I did not take a ton of pictures from our week at home. Like I said, sometimes life just happens and I am having so much fun I forget to take pictures. One of the fun things we did was go to the Des Moines Zoo. My parents took the day off so they could take the boys with us. The weather was awesome and G and B both seemed to have a great time.

G and Aunt Jenna got to ride a camel. We got a good laugh! G said, "it was a bumpy ride!"
The boys also got to spend a lot of time with Grandpa Mont and Grandma Norma. G loves when Grandpa Mont picks him up and takes him for pancakes. He has also discovered the tree house that Daddy used to have at Grandpa Mont's. He loves to climb up there and eat snacks and throw things out the window.
