Some Fall Goodness

I must be on a cooking kick today. Tonight for dinner I made meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and corn. M had never had meatloaf before but I figured-it's meat, it's ketchup, he'll love it. And he did. Both him and G gobbled it up! Since we went to the apple orchard this weekend, we had some really great apples to use for apple crisp. It is one of my fall favorites and I have been waiting to make it. So this will be dessert with a little caramel ice cream-yum!
