Halloween......Finally

Well I think we are finally done celebrating Halloween! We had such a nice time trick or treating in our new neighborhood. We were a little sad that we didn't see the familiar faces of our old neighborhood. We met some new friends and neighbors on Sunday night before trick or treating and had pizza before going out. We were with 3 other families and it's funny because we all have kids right around the same age.

This was the highlight of G's night. The fire truck and ambulance drove through our neighborhood with their lights on. They were handing out candy to the kids. G was beyond excited. He kept saying, "Look everybody! Look!" (Said very loud and over and over)

On Monday both boys were sick. I took them to the doctor and G had some sort of virus with a cough, sore throat, and rash all over his body. B had some fluid in his ear and a bad cold. I felt so bad for both of them. We are hoping that G recovers quickly because he is supposed to have surgery for ear tubes on Thursday. We went for his pre-op appointment today and they will make the final call on Thursday morning but the doctor thought we could probably still go ahead.
